BTW. In v1.28.0 (Tuesday) we will add Remotly Virtual Audio Driver. With this driver and the already available Remotly Virtual Display Driver, it will be possible to connect to a headless system with all resolutions supported by Remotly Virtual Display (even HDR and 21:9 aspect ratio) with...
OK. You are right. This is a bug. When there is no hardware mouse cursor Remotly will enter game mode all the time thus hiding cursor on the client side 🤦🏻♀️.
In the latest update we wanted to improve game detection by monitoring hardware mouse cursor visibility. But we forgot that this will...
Hi bitcrusher,
Game mode is enabled when the game hides hardware mouse cursor (non-exclusive borderless or windowed mode) or when fullscreen exclusive mode is detected by Remotly. When a game hides hardware mouse cursor it either renders the mouse cursor in software or the game uses the mouse...
We are proud to announce that we have passed full certification of our Virtual Audio Driver which allows audio streaming with no physical audio device connected to host PC (like speakers or headphones).
This driver will be added to the Remotly Installer in v1.28.0 Tuesday.
We are also...
"turn off "start with windows" kills the remotly_boot_svc.exe process. but turn on "start with windows" does not stat the remotly_boot_svc.exe process. "
This is the problem. We will try to make exact same steps to reproduce this.
I have replied to your previous post. It looks like the same case. We need to dig deeper as it works as it should on several machines in our labs (Admin account green after reboot).
What is not ok is that you have the "administrator" account greyed out but it is not "offline" but "online".
The...
Hi hhspiny,
Sorry for the late response to this thread. Are you sure the remotly_boot_svc.exe appears/disappears in task manager details/process list when you turn the "Start with Windows" option on and off?
Hi Ardi,
Thank you for this idea. Generally sharing the screen from mobile device will be easy. The real pain is taking control (with each Android update there are more and more restrictions, as people got scammed and robbed this way).
Also Android blocks capturing of mobile screen when there...

Hi Everyone,
Below please find the change log for this update:
- Fixed clipboard sharing enable/disable option (clipboard sharing can now be enabled/disabled during connection using Settings->Security option)
Please note that after disabling clipboard sharing, CTRL+C will not work for both...
Great. Can you check (on both routers) are there any port-forwarding rules already present?
In Remotly Settings->General there is an option (you may need to scroll down):
"Use custom P2P port numbers"
You can enable this option and a window will show where you can set Inbound/Outbound ports...
"They suggest me just reboot my router" = don't bother us :) Typical.
We had a situation once in our labs when P2P worked great for LTE and suddenly it stopped working.
After deeper analysis we found out ISP has changed hardware in the BTS...
Later it started working again.
As for torrent it...
It may not be a problem with host PC but even with the connecting Remotly client. P2P might be blocked by the ISP that allows internet access by your client when you are abroad.
