This could have happened. In fact if there was a non-standard error the auto login process would not start and instead enter unlogged state. In the new res.bin file I have uploaded it should be fixed.
Please try overwriting the res.bin file located in the installation folder with this one:

Please let me know if these is any improvement with the internet drop/recovery.
I have just done a 1 hour test:
- Disable network
- Start Remotly host
- Remotly stays in "Trying to log in..." state
- Enable network after 1h
- Remotly logs in
Pressin "CANCEL" on this "Trying to log in..." dialog deletes your encrypted login credentials and will switch to Remotly login screen.
I will check when does the auto logout occur. If I remember well there were such cases in past versions but after introducing auto reconnect Remotly should eventually login to you account again when internet returns. You can check this after starting Remotly host. There will be a "Trying to log...

We are checking this on two different setups as we speak. If it will work for 30 minutes on both of them then it must be something machine specific. It may be something with initializing the driver for SYSTEM user (where booter runs and there are no users logged in).
This seems more like a system/driver problem.

It's not public, yet. File transfer from booter/service account should be possible using "Send to" context menu (no progress will be visible on the host but you will see progress under the taskbar icon on client side)...

Thank you for reporting this. We will try to fix it in 1.32.0 (it's almost ready and will be released this week).
In 1.32.0 it is possible to send files on other accounts using the booter/service account (currently only using SendTo context menu but at least it is now possible)...
Hi Lula, please create a crashlog.txt file in Remotly installation folder. Then run Remotly. After the crash please check the installation folder again and find a "crash" folder that will be located there. Please let us know if there are any files in this crash folder.
