Hi LIC, If you are connecting from an external network then you might need to set port-forwarding (this may sometimes not be possible if the operator blocks specific, non-standard ports). Please let me know what is your connection setup (is the external network LTE etc.)

I'm using xperia 1 III which has a default 417 dp. If you set 540dp everything works ok?

Can you send me the exact dpi value under which the crashing starts?

We have briefly tested three full screen exclusive mode games and the seem to work fine in version 1.12.4.
