Thank you Seemaz! It looks like the problem is related with NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT installed in this PC. There is a special detection in the 1.12.2 version that should force this GPU to use the old Direct3D 9 rendering but for some reason it did not and has used the new Direct3D 11 rendering...

Hi Seemaz, from version 1.12.0 the PC client does no longer use Direct3D 9 for video rendering (Direct3D 11 is used). Is the old client from 1.11.4 working on this PC where the client app is running? It would also help a lot if you could send the log from dxdiag.exe or at least write what GPU...

BTW. A native Linux client will also be available sometime in the future.

I forgot to mention that in the next big update in 2-3 weeks besides network interface selection (that will fix the VPN problem) we will add the possibility to select between UDP and TCP for P2P connections.

So I think we have the same problem. Trying to connect to a non-HEVC server with HDR enabled on the Android device fails with black/green screen. Just please let me know if you see a change after switching back to HEVC (on the PC server in Settings->Video)

Oh I forgot to mention... Because you have a commercial plan the encoder was automatically switched to AVC in 1.12.1. We had to do it because companies that are testing Remotly demanded this change as HEVC was not working 100% OK in all cases (some PCs had old drivers etc.). So please change it...

Ok I found a bug already. When no HEVC is selected on the server and I enable HDR streaming to the phone I get black screen on the phone.

It is required to select HEVC encoder on the server side to make it work.
