Hi Patryk, Please let us know if you connect in a local network (for example home) or from outside (to someone else)? Usually direct connection should work even using LTE connection but this depends if the cell network BTS allows it or not. So it might work in one place and not in another.

Hi vamp, The team is working on it. But the solution will be rather advanced. There will be a dropdown list where you will be able to select which network interface should be used by the client during connection. We think this will be the most robust solution even if someone will have 4 network...

We must first detect that the server is in the same network as the client and then make sure the management server assigns the same global IP to both devices (not like now when this problem occurs - they are different).

Ok we know what is the problem. It's the ping that is not working for mobile device (no response). Someone made an assumption that it will always work in local network. We need to add a "backup" UDP ping.

BTW. We have government users that are switching from Teamviewer and Anydesk and I think their admins would notify us about this.

Super strange. It shows as clean in defender here locally. I think they flag files that are obfuscated.

We are using VMProtect for these two .bin files (to protect against reverse engineering).
