Today we have lost half a day scratching our heads and wondering why an external Bluetooth keyboard is not working with AltGr key during connection.
Well if you have a similar problem and your keyboard has the FN key and some other key (like Ins - Insert) check if you have a text written on it "Win/Mac".
After pressing FN + Ins the keyboard switches to some other mode (probably from Mac to Windows) and now is works!
