Remotly and our Action Screen Recording and Streaming software are fully compatible (went through certification) with most popular anti-cheats like Easy Anti-Cheat, BattleEye and others. If you experience any problems with any game please create a file named "exclude.txt" in the Remotly installation folder (folder where Remotly.exe is located) and in this file add the exe name(s) of files that are used to launch any program or game. Each exe name must be entered in a new text line like:

Battlefield2042.exe
Doom.exe
...

Since this is a first information like this it needs further verification if it is in any way related to Remotly.

Please be informed that you may get a ban if a game detects unusual remote key/mouse activity. Please do check every game remote access restrictions like combo key detection etc.

Yes, EA has added their kernel based anti-cheat for Battlefield 2042 in October 2023. A lot of people are complaining about getting false positive bans :/

Many wrote that because of the high dpi on the mouse or the dpi change, they were given a ban, I calculated this on a fourme 2-5 days ago. there was a post

Please make sure to add all exe files you see in the task manager that related with the game. It must help. Please paste you exclude.txt file content here so we can check.
