Uninstall previous remotly, reboot, install remotly in administrator account, login to remotly account, set "start with windows" off then turn on again, reboot.
Without any user login, "Computer/Administrator" appears offline. requires login to administrator account on server first to be able to connection. if logout of administrator, the "Computer/Administrator" becomes offline again.
It appears that the "boot process" is not running. I think I have had this problem since a couple of versions back. this also affects normal user account on activities associated with UAC.
