How to do so? Is there some button at the setting or what? Its always force me to connect thought external server. I call my host PC's ISP and tell them that a I want to use Remotly P2P. They suggest me that it should be software problem couse I ve already have reachable IPv4 address and P2P must work. Maybe something wrong because my host PC location in the different country?

Hi Wander. Are you able to login to your main (border) router? Do you have more than one router?

It may not be a problem with host PC but even with the connecting Remotly client. P2P might be blocked by the ISP that allows internet access by your client when you are abroad.

I have 2 routers and 2 PC with location in different countries as well as 2 different ISPs. I call them and it should work as per latest information. But I'm not sure if they understand. They suggest me just reboot my router. How can I check by myself if the P2P available for me? Isn't it the same as torrent?

"They suggest me just reboot my router" = don't bother us :) Typical.

We had a situation once in our labs when P2P worked great for LTE and suddenly it stopped working.
After deeper analysis we found out ISP has changed hardware in the BTS...
Later it started working again.

As for torrent it also needs port forwarding on some routers.

Can you access both routers admin panels?

Great. Can you check (on both routers) are there any port-forwarding rules already present?

In Remotly Settings->General there is an option (you may need to scroll down):
"Use custom P2P port numbers"
You can enable this option and a window will show where you can set Inbound/Outbound ports.

These port number can be used in the port-forwarding rules to make sure the routers pass this P2P
traffic to the specific PCs (in this case connecting host and client PCs).
