Hi Everyone,
A new version of Remotly client for macOS is now available.
This new update includes:
1. Sign in with Apple — Sign in to Remotly with your Apple ID, alongside Microsoft and Google.
2. Configurable menu shortcut — Choose which ⌘+letter shows the in-session menu in General Settings. The default is now ⌘J, so Win+R (Run) works on the remote PC again.
Improvements
- Password AutoFill from iCloud Keychain on the login screen.
- No more "Remotly wants to use your keychain" prompts after updates.
- Multi-viewer sessions pick free streams more sensibly when several people share one PC.
- You can delete your account from General Settings after confirming your identity.
Fixes
- Fixed HDR streams being rendered far too bright.
- Fixed the in-session menu being unreadable when macOS uses Light appearance.
- Fixed a crash that could occur right after login when relay servers were slow to respond.
- Fixed login failing on networks that assign IPv6 addresses.
- Fixed the session being closed when another viewer left the same PC.
- Session keys are now additionally protected with a per-device key.
- General stability improvements.
Your settings and saved logins carry over automatically after the update.
