This latest update finally adds HEVC 4:4:4 decoding (client side) for Nvidia RTX 5000 GPU family. Please note that 4:4:4 CUDA decoding is no longer supported.
The new 4:4:4 decoder supports Nvidia RTX 2000/3000/4000 and 5000 GPUs.
This update also improves connecting to multiple displays from separate clients. After starting the main Remotly instance (full version) and starting a new instance you will see:
This simplified Remotly version is intended for remote connections to 2nd and 3rd display. You can also select the display that will be bound to this Multi Display instance from "Share specific monitor only" list. The selected display will become the active one after connecting to it.
Next week we will update the Android version to 1.41. This update will add full Multi-Join support for the mobile app plus other fixes and improvements.
Another big news it that next month iOS and macOS Remotly clients will be released!
