UAC Dialog box not visible in normal user instance

used to work fine in 1.15. in 1.17 (maybe 1.16), the UAC (for admin) dialog box is not visible in normal user instance anymore. need to re-connect to the admin instance to type in admin password

Cannot reproduce this :/ seems to work fine. Installed new version on admin account. Signed out of admin account. Signed in normal user account. Run Remotly without admin rights. Right click Chrome icon "run as admin". UAC visible. Can control it (mouse/enter password)

uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. in normal user account, when install a program that needs admin right, the UAC dialog box does not show up. need to connect to admin instance to see it.

Only happens when "draw frame while connected" is DISABLED in Settings->General. Fixed in 1.17.1.
