I have it set to 1080p on wired connection and 720p on wireless But when connected I have the 4K resolution until I change it manually

I have tested other vendors before. PIA is the best out of them. Still not good enough though. I'll check it back in a year. Maybe it gets better.

Nevermind. I have cancelled the VPN subscription. It causes more problems then it's worth.

I have had many problems with this computer remote access since I've started to use the VPN. I have decided to take that variable out of the picture and requested a full refund. Maybe after I remove the VPN app everything goes back to the way it was before.
