Ok we know what is the problem. It's the ping that is not working for mobile device (no response). Someone made an assumption that it will always work in local network. We need to add a "backup" UDP ping.

BTW. We have government users that are switching from Teamviewer and Anydesk and I think their admins would notify us about this.

Super strange. It shows as clean in defender here locally. I think they flag files that are obfuscated.

We are using VMProtect for these two .bin files (to protect against reverse engineering).

Only these 2 non popular show false positive.

Can you please confirm that the wireshart screen was done in the same scenario whene Direct Connection is switching to cloud? BTW. We will speed up direct connection from PC and increase the timeout. If the wireshark screen shows truth then it worked but does not work always.

From the wireshark screen it is a Direct Connection.

Hmmm maybe it connects so long using VPN that is switches to connect anywhere but not always? There is a 10sec timeout before the switch happens. Maybe this timeout is too short?

If you see UDP then this is a Direct Connection. Please let me know.
