We are working on a brightness slider similar to Netflix. But you should be able to set the brightness using the Android system display brightness setting too. Does setting it to max brightness not work?

You should see PIA Tunnel on this list. If it's there please select it and then check if this helps.

If I remember well there was another user with a similar problem. I think you still have connection because the control network traffic uses a different network device than video. We need to check if you have the VPN device on your network interface list in Remotly Settings.

Now i get it! Ok so it is a network problem after all. Please let me know what network devices do you see Settings -> General -> Network Interface. I don't think reinstallation will change anything in this case.

Do you see video in lock screen and not in desktop?

When you see the "No signal. Waiting for signal.." please disconnect and use "Force compatibility mode" option on the connecting client for this remote computer. This will skip all hardware accelerations and let us know if this is some kind of display/GPU problem or a network problem.

Thanks! The PC version may show more info regarding these kind of errors. Maybe there will be a detailed description. Are you connecting using P2P from outside? If yes, can you please try to use Connect Anywhere to check if the same error occurs?

Can you check if this ever happens without administrator rights? You need to close Remotly and start Remotly.exe from the installation folder. Usually this kind of problems are related with low level high performance screen capture. When running without this you will still get good performance...
