Please use this to set which port range should be used for P2P (UDP) connections:
After setting the range of ports used for incoming and outgoing connections (host and client) make sure to set the same on your router.
You can also use "Use UPnP port forwarding" option to allow automatic port forwarding on your router (if it is enabled).
