add information OSD

It would be good a switchable transparent info OSD the following information:

- bandwidth usage
- codec (h.264/HEVC/AV1)
- coding/decoding speed
- FPS
- dropped frames
- ...and similar infos

We will add this together with the upcoming Remotly HUD. We will add a "stats" button that will show all useful information.
