Hi. When I'm connecting via Remotly to remote computer I see black bars at the sides of the screen. Windows resolution and Remotly connection showing correct 3440x1440. Connecting via RDP or TeamViewer is OK - full screen without blacxk bars.
Hi spinacz, what is the setup of the display/monitors on the PC from which you are connecting? Is this one display? What is the resolution? Is the video image aspect ratio ok?
My display is: Lenovo G34w-10 66A1-GACB-WW
Im using a laptop: HP ENVY TouchSmart 17-j121
Windows is configured to use only the second display (Lenovo).
