and so on. Some versions have third number other than zero.

We will add a list of older versions to the admin panel so it will be easier to download them.

23H2. We suggest waiting at least one month more before upgrading to 24H2.

There is a new Remotly version coming tomorrow that addresses all problems with 24H2. As for now the newest version should work best.

I see that 1.20.0 and 1.21.0 were replaced by 1.22.0. These must have been a strong reason for this.

My computer uses dual screens. I experience disconnection when switching between dual screens on Android. What is the problem?

By dual screens do you mean more than one monitor? What is the display resolution on each of them?

Or maybe it's a dual screen laptop?

There was no such problem originally, but it started to occur after updating to 1.23.0

We will verify what has changed in this area between 1.22.0 and 1.23.0.

Can you let us know what are the resolutions of the displays connected to the remote laptop?
Maybe Remotly server crashes after display change initiated from the Android app.
If there is a crash then the current Android app version would disconnect (the upcoming 1.36 will have a reconnect feature just like the PC client).

If it's possible please check what happens with Remotly server when the disconnect happen. Does it close and restart?

Remotly PC will restart and sign in again

Please create a crashlog.txt file in the installation folder and after the restart please look for a "crash" folder also located in the installation folder.
In the crash folder there will be 3 files. Can you please send these files to us in a private message?

Can you also let us know what is your specification (GPU vendor and model and if there is an iGPU and dGPU both GPU vendor/models).
And also Windows version.
