We have just uploaded a BIG update that includes many fixes, improvements and new functions:
- Added network interface selection (that is used for connections). When there is more than one network interface installed in the system (for example one ethernet and Wifi) you can now select the one that works the best. Selection of the network interface is available in Settings->General tab.
- Added P2P with Error Resilience mode that removes video glitching when UDP errors occur (like packets loss). This mode is recommended for remote work and remote desktop and not gaming as it blocks remote input (mouse/keyboard) during the error. For gaming please make sure this option is disabled (Settings->General tab).
- Improved P2P protection against UDP out of order packets.
- Improved mouse smoothness and mouse speed accuracy in game mode.
- Improved Remotly PC server start time and Remotly PC client start time.
- Fixed no audio when connecting in "chain" (user A connects to user B and next user C connects to user A).
We have done our best to make this build as stable as possible but if you find something please let us know ASAP (there will be v1.13.1 released next week with fix for VPN networks - P2P sometimes does not work in such configuration).
