It works on our test Windows 7 PCs so it must be a machine specific error.
Can you please check this folder:
C:\Users\<you user account name>\AppData\Local\Mirillis
And check if you can find these files there:
1. remotly_exe_log.txt
2. remotly_log.txt
If you see them please paste their content here (there is no personal or security data in these files).

I hope i understood it right and i found that you needOk there other file is not there since it failed before it got there.

This is the point where Remotly startup has failed.
It initializes DirectX 11 user interface renderer there.
Can you let me know what GPU do you have installed in this PC?
And also GPU driver date.
It seems that either there is no standard GPU installed or there are no proper GPU drivers installed and a generic one is used (that does not support DirectX 11).
If there is a GPU installed we need to know the vendor and model.

You could also run dxdiag.exe to check if there is a GPU installed.

Please install Intel drivers for Intel HD Graphics 2500.
This is a very old GPU but you should be able to use H264 video encode/decode with hardware acceleration.

Please install them and check if you will see Intel HD Graphics 2500 instead of this "Standard VGA"
