We have finally found what causes this problem. Fix will be available in v1.39.0 tomorrow.

UPDATE: Remote control with stylus/pen device works. The Nvidia Settings tray menu can be clicked or closed this way.

Fix will be available in v1.38.1 later this week. After system restart/shutdown Remotly is not closed by the system and "this app is preventing shutdown" screen can be remotely controlled.
