Does P2P connection work for you? I can see that "Force Connect Anywhere" is enabled in the connection settings. I assume you have turned it on since P2P does not work in your network.

First please let us know from what platform are you connecting. PC, Android or macOS client?
Next please check connection settings set on the client side for the host you are connecting to.

Currently we are having problems with new SSL certificates installed on the servers. PC and macOS versions work OK but Android app is not logging in to Remotly accounts.
We are investigating this problem and post when the problem is resolved.

Did you set the network interface on the host to the VPN tunnel (and not the physical network interface)?
There is another thread where other users had a similar problem and were able to use both direct connection and connect anywhere...
It looks like something is blocking the traffic (like a firewall etc.). Please install the latest version on the client side from which you cannot connect and enable "Enforce TLS for all inbound and outbound connections" in Settings->Network.
This problem is not related with network speed...
