If I remember well there was another user with a similar problem. I think you still have connection because the control network traffic uses a different network device than video. We need to check if you have the VPN device on your network interface list in Remotly Settings.
Now i get it! Ok so it is a network problem after all. Please let me know what network devices do you see Settings -> General -> Network Interface.
I don't think reinstallation will change anything in this case.
When you see the "No signal. Waiting for signal.." please disconnect and use "Force compatibility mode" option on the connecting client for this remote computer. This will skip all hardware accelerations and let us know if this is some kind of display/GPU problem or a network problem.
Hi Everyone,

Thank you. If this happens again please check the admin panel if the REBOOT button is visible for this computer. This is as important information as it will show if there is any network access still available for Remotly.
Anyway freezes like this should not happen as there are various...
Thanks!
The PC version may show more info regarding these kind of errors. Maybe there will be a detailed description.
Are you connecting using P2P from outside? If yes, can you please try to use Connect Anywhere to check if the same error occurs?
Hi ziggy,
Thank you for reporting this problem.
Is it possible to connect to this problematic computer from another PC (not Android phone)?
Error 0 is very strange. Usually rare connection errors have (-1) code.
First we need know of this also happens when connecting from another computer...
Hi esem,
iOS/macOS clients for iPhones/iPads (running M-series and A processors) and iMacs (running M-series processors) are in the final testing phase. They will be released next month after the release of Android app v1.41 which will inlclude full Multi-Join support.
Can you check if this ever happens without administrator rights? You need to close Remotly and start Remotly.exe from the installation folder.
Usually this kind of problems are related with low level high performance screen capture. When running without this you will still get good performance...

We are already working on 1.34.1 which will finally add 4:4:4 decoding for Nvidia RTX5000 GPUs (client side) so if you find any problems with 1.34.0 please let us know!
The biggest update this year is now officially available! It includes Multi-Join feature, which allows connection of up to 4 remote users to one host PC (for a total of 5 users gaming/working together with voice chat). Each user can connect using P2P (if possible) or Connect Anywhere (using one...
BTW. There was a bug that prevented Multi-Join connection when an unauthorized device locked remote host by showing authorization popup.
This has also been fixed and now another user can connect even when the popup is visible.
For now there will be a "mark all for authorization" in the inbound connection log. So it will be possible to authorize devices one by one, or all at once.
Another thing is that it seems hardware acceleration does not work stable for booter in lock screen. But it works ok in desktop of any user...
