Android external keyboard issue

I use remotly on samsung tab with dex mode to control a windows 11 pc. I have external keyboard and mouse hoocked to the tablet.after connection to windows PC, keyboard does not work ,no more input on controlled windows PC.only mouse is ok.

No i am using a baseus usb c hub where the receiver of the keyboard and mouse is attacched. The same setup works great with anydesk, for example

Both mouse and keyboard are connected by wire to usb-c hub and this hub is ocnnected to the tablet and after connecting to Remotly server on win11 pc you cannot control the pc with the keyboard attached to the tablet. Am I correct?

connecte not by wire but with wifi receiver (logi mouse and keyboard) to the usb hub. the hub is then connected to the usb c port of the tablet. afre remtly connects to the win 11 pc , only mouse works, kwyboard instead does non have any input

We are preparing a similar configuration. We have done a quick test with a usb hub connected to usb-c of the tablet (random keyboard and mouse connected by wire to the usb hub). This setup works ok.

I am trying to do it in my Galaxy Z Fold, it is strange because the app recognized the mouse but not the keyboard, both of them connected via Bluetooth, is there something I need to do in my app? I also used USB hub and it happened the same.

A mi si me funciona el teclado, el problema es que al enviar un carácter, por ejemplo la "ñ" De mi teclado en español desde mi celular, en mi pc no se escribe dicho carácter, se escribe otro.

Es como si la distribución que recibe el remotamente y en mi pc fuera distinta, se que funciona mi teclado ya que lo probé con anydesk y todo va bien.


¿me podría ayudar con eso?

¿Podrías indicarnos qué tecla exacta aparece en el PC tras pulsar la tecla "ñ" en el teclado remoto?

Intentaremos conseguir una versión en español del Logitech K380s lo antes posible.

En los próximos días se lanzará una nueva actualización del cliente Remotely para Android. Intentaremos reproducir este problema con un teclado en inglés con la distribución en español seleccionada.

There is a new Remotly Client for Android update coming in the next few days. We will try to reproduce this problem with an english keyboard with splanish layout selected.

Te comento, no solo pasa con la 'ñ' ocurre con varias teclas más, hay unas que incluso no arrojan ningún carácter como las teclas '< >', la distribución de mi teclado es español latinoamericano.

Pero creo que en la aplicación de pc de Remotly la distribución del teclado que se muestra ahí es distinto, en fin, respondiendo a tu pregunta el carácter que mi teclado arroja al presionar la tecla 'ñ' es '´'
