Wake up problem

When my pc is turn off, my phone is on wifi at home and i press in android remotly app "wake up", my pc is starting and everything is working. But when phone is on mobile connection "wake up" is not working and cant turn on pc from phone.

Hi Lvkes and welcome to the Remotly forum.

Please remember that the "try to wake" is using the Wake-On-Lan mechanism and as the name states it works in a Local Area Network. To wake the PC from an external/mobile network you can use the wake on time function. We are also going to add a wake up function to the custom relay server so the wake on lan function will work from any place/network.
