No Internet connection! On starting Remotely

Hello! It says “No internet connection” — I’m using Windows 11.

Looks like something is blocking Remotly.exe from internet access (possibly firewall).
Can you check you firewall for any blocked processes?

I turned off the firewall, and there is no internet connection either

Can you please send us a screen from Remotly Settings->Network:

Please open the Network interface list so we can check what might be wrong. Maybe there is some strange network adapter that says it has no internet access and Remotly is trying to use it.

Please run cmd.exe and check and let us know if ping to remotly.com and api.remotly.com servers work for you:

ping remotly.com
ping api.remotly.com

I see Russian interface, so it is highly likely you are in Russia.
If yes, Roskomnadzor has blocked Remotly servers, I told about it here: https://community.remotly.com/threads/proxy-support.2081/

BTW. The proxy option (manual IP setup) should be added in v1.40.0 together with chat function.
