Hi Silvares. We are investigating this problem (it has been reported by several users). Are you connecting to the newest server version (1.18.2)?
As an option of "last resort" we are adding "remote reboot" function so it will be possible to remotely reboot a "zombie" server (similar to the "try...
Dear All,
We have uploaded a new version that adds TLS packaging of AES256 encrypted stream.
This is only used for QuickSupport tool to improve interoperability with various hardware firewalls (when the host/server is located behind a firewall like this).
Additionally this version should...
We are seeing problems with Amsterdam instance of Connect Anywhere cloud. If this instance is selected there might be problems during connections.
We are going to reinstall it tomorrow.
Thank you for the GIF! Can you let us know what is the resolution/DPI of this desktop. I think there is a small part of the window in the top right corner of the screen.
Hi Everyone,
Sorry for recent frequent updates but we are fixing some issues reported by Remotly users in real-time mode.

Are you connecting from a > 60Hz display (client runs on 120/144Hz display). The test is done using P2P?

Made some quick tests on this old PC.
1. Low-level capture mode 1080p@60Hz 10Mbps GPU clock runs at 320Mhz
1. Standard capture mode 1080p@60Hz 10Mbps GPU clock runs at 1050Mhz
I can feel that when the GPU clock runs at 320Mhz there is 1 frame more lag. After starting something that stresses...
